Ryan Marques

Ryan Marques, PhD, serves as the Vice President of Operations at Elutia since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Head of Operations for Nobelpharma America, LLC from July 2020 to June 2024. Experience includes roles such as Director of Operations at Next Breath/Aptargroup, Senior Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations at Canon BioMedical, and Director of Manufacturing at QIAGEN, among others. Ryan began a career in research as a Principal Investigator and Research Microbiologist at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, following a tenure as Principal Scientist at Emergent Biosolutions. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a PhD in Molecular Biology/Microbiology from the University of Maryland Baltimore.
