Alastair Traquair

Alastair Traquair is currently the Head of Quality at Elvie. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager, Product Development Process at LifeScan from August 2005 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, continuous improvement and governance of the Diabetes Care Franchise Product Development Process and Design Control processes. Alastair also provided strategic and tactical support to R&D projects to ensure efficient and successful execution. Alastair has also worked as a Senior Design QA Specialist at Abbott Diabetes Care from July 1999 to August 2005.

Alastair Traquair studied Bioscience and Chemistry at Robert Gordon University, graduating with a 2:1. Alastair then went on to study project management at the Project Management Institute, becoming a certified Project Management Professional.

They are on a team with Christelle Wilmot - Head of Customer Care, Gillian Grainge - Head of Legal, and Sarah Highfield - COO & CFO. Alastair Traquair reports to Tania Boler, Founder & CEO.
