Josh Simpson

Josh Simpson is a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer currently employed at Elwood since December 2022, with previous experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant at ThoughtWorks. Prior roles include positions at Barclays Investment Bank, where Josh served as AVP for Barx FX QA Automation, and Quality Assurance Consultant at Invesco PowerShares, focusing on web applications and automation testing. Additional experience encompasses a technical deputy lead role at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, along with summer placements at NEMA Ltd. Josh holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Leeds, complemented by early educational achievements in Maths, Physics, and Geography from Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar Sixth Form.
