Matthew Standen

Matthew Standen currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Elwood, a position held since March 2022, and previously functioned as Senior Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes roles at Bird & Bird from March 2019 to March 2022 as Senior Associate and Associate, at Proskauer Rose LLP from February 2017 to February 2019 as an Associate, and at Clifford Chance from February 2012 to December 2016 as both Associate and Trainee Solicitor. Matthew began a legal career at Royal Bank of Scotland Group as an Employment Law Consultancy Assistant from September 2009 to August 2010. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Durham University, completed from 2006 to 2009.
