Ross Saunders has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ross is currently working at Elwood as the Head of Engineering, where they have held various roles including Head of Engineering, Post Trade, Lead Engineer in PMS, and Trading Analyst. Prior to Elwood, Ross worked at RxD Solutions, where they served as a KBC Group - Fusion Sophis Senior Developer, DG Partners - Senior .NET Developer/FusionInvest Toolkit Consultant, Decura Group - Senior .NET Developer/FusionInvest Toolkit Consultant, CoreOne Technologies - Sophis Risque/Fusion Sophis Consultant, and as a Senior remote support at Elliott Advisors. Ross also has experience at Elliott Advisors as the Head of Trading Systems UK & HK, where they managed teams responsible for front office systems and as a Software Developer. At Sutherland Consulting, they held the role of Project Management Consultant/Head of IT and was responsible for project management and IT systems. Ross also worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as an Analyst Programmer, and at ANZ as an MIS Analyst/Programmer.
