Souad Abou Shameh

Souad Abou Shameh has a work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. From September 2016 to August 2018, Souad worked as a Research Engineer at the Division of Systems and Synthetic Biology at Chalmers tekniska högskola. In 2018, Souad joined Elypta as a Research Engineer and was later promoted to Senior Research Engineer in June 2021. Their role at Elypta is ongoing, and they are currently responsible for research and engineering tasks.

Souad Abou Shameh completed their Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical chemistry from Damascus University, a program they attended from 2008 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Food Science, Technology, and Nutrition at KU Leuven, from 2014 to 2016.
