Alan Wilkins

Alan Wilkins is an experienced professional in the brewing and laboratory fields, currently serving as a Wholesale Supply Coordinator at Elysian Brewing Co since October 2019. In this role, Alan manages downstream logistics and ensures wholesalers on the west coast maintain well-stocked inventory by collaborating with sales forecasting and inventory systems. Previously, Alan worked as a Brewer, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the brewing process on a 60 BBL brew house, and has experience as a Laboratory Technician at IEH Laboratories, where analytical skills were developed through toxin extractions under ISO 17025 accreditation. Alan also contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington, focusing on biofuels production.
