Camille Boily-Miller

Camille Boily-Miller, M. Sc., CRHA, is an experienced human resources consultant currently serving ELYSIS and Rio Tinto since February 2023, with previous roles at the Chambre des notaires du Québec and Ubisoft. Current responsibilities include supporting managers in HR management, overseeing full recruitment cycles, and facilitating performance evaluations. At Ubisoft, Camille developed recruitment strategies, managed talent acquisition processes, and coordinated recruitment events. Earlier experience includes HR support roles at Desjardins and an internship focused on labor relations at the Société de transport de Montréal. Camille holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a Master's degree from HEC Montréal.
