Dawn Hoff

Dawn Hoff has extensive experience as a technical writer and team lead at Perspecta and EM Key Solutions. At Perspecta, Dawn was the ETS Lead Technical Writer, managing a team of four writers and leading various projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Currently at EM Key Solutions, Dawn holds the title of Senior Proposal Specialist and Proposal Manager, where Dawn continues to excel in technical writing and managing projects for the VA.
