As the President of EMKS, Ed provides executive leadership and guides the company’s strategic direction, with a focus on the corporate mission, operations, and capabilities as well as the acceleration of growth objectives. Ed is responsible for achieving EMKS’s operational objectives by contributing insight and recommendations to strategic plans, leading the company’s growth initiatives, managing senior-level customer relationships, overseeing delivery of solutions, and ensuring execution of promises to clients, partners and employees alike.
With more than 30 years of proven leadership experience, Rosas has successfully led and delivered on major challenges in IT operations in both the commercial and government sectors. Prior to becoming President of EMKS, Rosas served successfully in a number of executive leadership roles, including CEO of Avetus, LLC, CEO of Enteresys Corporation, COO of EMW, Inc, CEO of Acceo, CEO of Zenlogics, and President of Park City Solutions.
Prior to his industry career, Ed served as the Program Manager of the Resources Information Technology Program Office, TRICARE Management Activity, where he provided oversight of a variety of information technology programs for the Military Health System resources management programs. He is also a retired Navy Medical Service Corps Officer with a broad experience base in finance, human resources, acquisition management and contracting, IT, and hospital administration.
Ed holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, a Masters of Science in Public Health from Troy State University, and is a certified DoD Acquisition Management Professional.
