Jacob Phelps

Jacob Phelps has extensive experience in the oilfield maintenance and construction industry, currently serving as the Area Manager for E&M SERVICES LLC since September 2021, with prior roles as Area Supervisor, Roustabout Supervisor, and Crew Lead. Before that, Jacob held the position of Division Manager for Roustabout & Environmental Services at Baker Consulting LLC from June 2016 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Roustabout Foreman at Waste Management from November 2014 to June 2016 and as a Roustabout Supervisor at In & Out Oilfield Services from February 2012 to November 2014. Jacob completed education at Post Falls High School.
