Paula Holton

Paula Holton has been working in various roles in customer service, logistics, and business planning since the late 1990s. Currently, Paula is the HR Lead at EM3, responsible for recruitment, employee development, and performance management. Paula also has experience as a New Product Logistics Specialist at Analog Devices and as a Customer Service Representative at Fleming Medical Ltd, O2 (Telefónica UK), and Quicken. Paula holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Marketing from Waterford Institute of Technology and has further education in Project Management and Human Resources.
