Luisa Guzman

Luisa Guzman has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Luisa is currently the Managing Partner Miami at EMA Partners, a firm that specializes in leadership assessments and advisory services. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director at ConsulTree, where they focused on attracting, developing, and retaining talent for clients during the digital transformation era. Luisa also served as a Certified Leadership Consultant & Executive Coach at Hogan Assessment Systems. In addition, Luisa founded PROACTEL Talent Solutions, a search firm that specializes in recruiting and assessing executive management positions in the USA, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Luisa started their career as the Human Resources/Country Manager/VP Sales at Americatel.

Luisa Guzman obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mount Saint Vincent from 1986 to 1990. Luisa later pursued an ICF Accredited Executive Coaching Program at Erickson Coaching International starting in 2017. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as being a member of the Women Presidents' Organization, completing the IOC program at the Institute of Coaching at Harvard, and obtaining the Certified Leadership Consultant (MCP) certification from Hogan Assessment Systems.
