Santi C.

Santi C. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Santi began their career in the US Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer from April 1987 to June 1992. Following this, they joined Continental Airlines as a Training and Development Manager from 1993 to 1997. Santi then transitioned to Delta Air Lines, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from April 1997 to January 2004. From there, Santi joined Siemens AG as an Assistant Head of Human Resources from January 2004 to August 2008. Santi then moved on to Smart Search Executive Recruitment, where they worked as Director from September 2008 onwards. In 2012, Santi joined Glasford International (Thailand) as a Managing Partner until March 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Partner Thailand at EMA Partners International, which they assumed in April 2020.

Santi C. obtained a BBA in Communications from Loyola University New Orleans from 1994 to 1997. From 1997 to 1999, Santi pursued an MBA with a focus on Management at DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
