Anca Loredana Stoian

Anca Loredana Stoian is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner for Finance & Legal across Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary at eMAG since November 2019. Anca has held various roles within eMAG, including Junior HR Business Partner and Resourcing Consultant in multiple divisions. Prior to eMAG, Anca worked at Randstad Romania from June 2017 to November 2019 as an HR Consultant and Account Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the recruitment process, implementing innovative sourcing techniques, and fostering client and candidate relationships.
