Andreea Enescu

Andreea Enescu serves as the Public Policy Director at eMAG since October 2025, a role that follows a tenure at Tazz where responsibilities included Head of Legal & Compliance, Legal Manager, and Legal Advisor from July 2020 to September 2025. Prior to Tazz, Andreea held various legal roles at eMAG from October 2018 to October 2020, focusing on eMAG Marketplace and public policy. Additionally, Andreea worked as a Legal Consultant for SOMACO GRUP PREFABRICATE from July 2016 to October 2018, where duties encompassed contract drafting and negotiations, legal document preparation, and representation in regulatory matters. Andreea's academic background includes a PhD in Competition Law and a Master's degree in European Union Law from the University of Bucharest, along with a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution.
