Ruxandra Alionte

Ruxandra Alionte is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in organizational development and employer branding. Currently serving as Learning & Development Manager at eMAG since December 2021, Ruxandra has also held the position of Leadership & Talent Development Manager at the same company. Prior to eMAG, Ruxandra worked at Carrefour România as Employer Branding & Internal Communication Lead and gained valuable experience as an Organizational Development Specialist, where responsibilities included designing leadership development programs and conducting Feedback 360 processes. Ruxandra’s background includes a role as an Employer Branding Specialist, where strategic implementation of employer branding initiatives was a key focus, and earlier experience in content marketing and communications. Ruxandra started a career as a Junior Marketing and Communication Specialist at Business Days and briefly worked as an HR Trainee at Lugera The People Republic Romania. Ruxandra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bucharest and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations.
