Over the last 15 years, Phill has held leadership positions in paid media at agencies such as Publicis, Omnicom, and WPP. Previously, he was Director of Search, Video, and Mobile, at Mindshare, focused on driving performance growth for key clients like Facebook and Qualcomm. Before Mindshare, Phill served as Global Director of Search at Dentsu for Xbox. He led Apple’s and Anthem’s North American search teams. Before Dentsu, he served as Senior Group Director of performance marketing at Assembly; he was responsible for driving SEM best practices and integrated paid strategies focusing on Search, Social, and Display channels, working with clients such as VCA, Red Bull, and Philips America.
