Hugh Tillman

Hugh Tillman has a diverse range of work experience in human resources, spanning various industries and roles. Hugh currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Emancipet, where they partner with the senior leadership team to set strategic goals, manage HR policies and programs, and develop a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program. Previously, they owned and managed a Jamba Juice franchise, overseeing construction, staffing, and training. Hugh also worked as a Master Talent Partner at HP, supporting the Chief Technology Officer's organization. Other notable roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Burckhardt Compression, Director of Human Resources at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, and Associate Director of Human Resources at Texas Southern University. Tillman has also held positions at GE - Oil & Gas, Dell, Inc., Bank One, Texas, and the Texas Department of Human Services.

Hugh Tillman attended Texas A&M University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
