Christian Barrientos

Christian Barrientos is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and operations management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager at EMAPTA since May 2022, Christian previously held the position of Senior Delivery Lead at Cielo Talent, where a successful launch of night shift operations and development of onboarding plans were key achievements. Prior roles include Site Lead and Program Delivery Lead at ManpowerGroup, where effective management of client hiring relationships and offer negotiations were emphasized. With early career experience at PSG Global Solutions and eTelecare Global Solutions, Christian has built strong skills in candidate sourcing, team management, and technical support. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of the East and is currently pursuing further education at Chiang Kai Shek College.
