Julijana Jovanova

Julijana (Julia) Jovanova is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager with expertise in global expansion, currently with Emapta Global since December 2023. Previously, Julia served as Talent Lead/PM at The Big Search from July 2019 to December 2023, where contributions included executive search, interviewing, project management, and mentoring junior members. With a background in marketing communication and a degree in Power Engineering and Management from the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje, Julia possesses strong skills in market research, recruitment operations, and candidate experience enhancement.
