Rachel Malette, PMP, currently serves as the VP of Revenue Operations at EMARKETER since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Director of Revenue Operations at Tubular Labs from July 2021 to September 2023, where management of a team of operations professionals was key. Rachel's experience includes the role of Director of Sales Generation & Enablement at CLARA analytics, where sales development tools were configured and Salesforce was optimized. Additionally, Rachel has worked as an Independent Consultant for QFlow.ai and held senior positions at Cloud Academy, Hitachi Vantara, and Support.com, focusing on sales operations, data migration, and system implementation. Rachel's career began at Verizon Wireless, where advancements in operational efficiency were implemented. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Ashford University.
