Lucie Roth

Lucie Roth has a diverse range of work experience in talent development, HR management, and recruitment. Lucie worked as a Global Director of Talent Development at Emarsys starting in April 2018, and prior to that, they were a Global Senior Talent Manager at the same company from May 2017 to April 2018. Lucie also worked as a Global Corporate HR Manager at DLA Piper from February 2014 to May 2017, where they were responsible for various projects and initiatives related to HR strategy, transformation, and employer branding. Before that, they held roles as a Talent & HR Projects Consultant and an Associate HR Business Partner at Threadneedle Investments, where they delivered multiple HR transformation projects, managed employee relations, and led recruitment and training efforts. Lucie started their career at McKinsey & Company as a Recruiter and People Projects team member, focusing on global recruitment strategies for the firm and advising on UK recruiting.

Lucie Roth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Spanish from the University of Birmingham. Lucie also obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University. In addition, they studied Spanish at Universidad de Granada. Lucie has further certifications including a Chartered MCIPD from the CIPD obtained in 2019, and an Associate CIPD from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT obtained in 2010.
