Tara Peyerl

Tara Peyerl is currently working at Emarsys as the Global Head of Technical Adoption since 2022. Prior to that, they were at Salesforce from 2017 to 2022, serving as the Strategic Success Director-Retail. Before joining Salesforce, Tara founded and worked as an Executive Coach at The Light Compass from 2014 to 2017. Tara also has experience at Target as a Manager in Target Technology Services from 2012 to 2014, and as a Senior Business Analyst from 2007 to 2012. In addition, they worked at Boston Scientific as a Senior Business Analyst from 2005 to 2007, at Best Buy Corp as a Senior Business Analyst from 2003 to 2005, and at Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Systems Analyst from 1999 to 2003.

Tara Peyerl obtained an Executive Coaching Certification from the University of St. Thomas in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in Communication and Nutrition from Concordia College. In terms of additional certifications, Tara obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2021, a Shift Positive 360 Certified certification from Change Positive llc in 2021, a Shift Positive 360 certification from Change Positive llc in 2020, and a Dare to Lead Trained certification from Dare to Lead™ Trained in 2019. Tara also holds several Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, obtained in 2017. Additionally, Tara is a Reiki Master, and they completed an Executive Coaching program at the University of St. Thomas in 2014.
