Kelby L. Kupersmid has a strong background in executive coaching and organization consulting. Since 2013, Kelby has served as the Founder & CEO, Executive Coach & Organization Consultant at Kinetic Development. In this role, Kelby partners with social enterprises to enhance leadership effectiveness and facilitate learning and growth.

Kelby also worked as a Facilitator & Coach at Hampton, a private network for startup founders and CEOs, starting in 2023. In this role, Kelby facilitates core groups, providing advice and critical feedback to accelerate business growth.

Kelby L. Kupersmid, MS, PCC has a Master of Science degree in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from San Diego State University. They also participated in a Semester Abroad program at Universidad Diego Portales in Santiago, Chile.
