Leonard Schlemm

Leonard Schlemm has over 10 years of experience in finance and corporate development. In 2009, they began their career as a Financial Analyst at Interinvest Corporation. Leonard then moved on to Perennial Asset Management in 2011 as a Financial Analyst. In 2012, Schlemm joined New Evolution Ventures as a Private Equity Analyst, where they maintained coverage on portfolio companies in five continents. In 2015, they were appointed Director of Corporate Development at Amerit Fleet Solutions. In 2017, they became the VP of Finance & Corporate Development at MWG Holdings Group, Inc., where they built a centralized finance department of ten. That same year, Schlemm also founded Cascapedia Consulting as Principal. In 2021, they joined Frame Fitness as a Board Advisor. Most recently, Schlemm was appointed SVP of Finance & Corporate Development at Embarc, where they led Finance and Corporate Development efforts, developed investor materials and forecast, and led an $8m Series A capital raise.

Leonard Schlemm completed their Bachelor of Commerce CO-OP from the Rowe School of Business at Dalhousie University in 2012, majoring in Finance. Prior to this, they attended Lower Canada College.
