Laura Stec is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in cooking and wellness education, currently running Laura Stec - Innovative Cuisine since June 2004. With a focus on corporate wellness events, cooking classes, and food-wine pairings, Laura celebrates 20 years in business in 2024. Other roles include writing and guest chef for Epicurean Group and Neely Winery, chef instructor for Palo Alto Unified School District, and featured blogger for Embarcadero Media's The Food Party! Laura holds a Pro Chef Certification from The Culinary Institute of America and has participated in various educational and innovative culinary programs, including research on the microbiome at Stanford University.
