Olvin Valentin

Olvin Valentin is the Founder and Principal of Valentin LLC, a legal and strategic advisory firm established in September 2018, providing counsel to aviation companies and mission-driven organizations across the Americas. Currently serving as General Counsel and Director of Operations at Embark Aviation since April 2024, Valentin also held multiple vice presidential roles at The Landline Company from July 2021 to March 2025, focusing on multimodal transportation regulatory and strategic development. Previous positions include Vice President at Backcountry Aviation, Elections Commissioner for Puerto Rico's 2020 general elections, and General Counsel at Seaborne Airlines. With experience as an adjunct faculty member, executive trainer, and speaker, Valentin has delivered presentations on legal and governance topics while contributing to various media and journalistic projects. Valentin holds a Juris Doctor from Inter American University School of Law, a BBA in Marketing & Communications from the University of Phoenix, and completed an intensive course on cultural and creative tourism at Universitat de Barcelona.
