Joseph Kurr

Joseph Kurr currently serves as General Counsel and Director of Business Operations at French Consulting since 2023. Kurr has been a Committee Member of the Hobey Baker Memorial Award since 2005. Previous roles include Compliance Attorney and Director of Supply Chain for the EU Region at Vectrus, Director of Compliance & Audit Response at Fluor, and Contracts Compliance Attorney at 3M. Kurr also held positions as Adjunct Professor of Business at West Virginia Wesleyan College, Contracts Manager at Aurora Flight Sciences, Vice President at Manchester Companies Inc., and Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School, an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, a Master of Public Policy in International Affairs from the University of Minnesota, a BS in Business Management from the US Coast Guard Academy, and a formative education at Saint John's Preparatory School.
