Natalie Wilson

Natalie Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Natalie is currently the Head of Pensions Resolution at Embark Group since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Senior Lawyer in Restructuring & Insolvency-Commercial Banking and as a Lawyer in Securities & Asset Management. Natalie also worked at Burness Paull LLP as a Senior Associate in Banking & Funds. Natalie has experience serving as a Trustee and Board Member at Scouts Scotland and as the Group Legal Counsel at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts. Natalie has also been a Trustee and Vice Chair at Streetwork UK. Additionally, Natalie has worked at Brodies LLP as an Associate in Banking, Restructuring & Insolvency, and at Lloyds Banking Group as an Associate Director in Structured Real Estate and Investment Management Joint Ventures (Europe). Natalie began their career as a Solicitor at McGrigors (now Pinsent Masons).

Natalie Wilson began their education in 1995 at the University of Strathclyde, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Hons degree. Natalie completed their undergraduate studies and graduated from the university in 1999. Following that, in 1999, they enrolled at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law for a one-year program to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, which they successfully achieved in 2000.
