Brian Crumbaker

Brian Crumbaker is an experienced executive who has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Brian currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Embark General since July 2020. Prior to that, they were the Principal and Cofounder of Brightway Insurance - Crumbaker Insurance Services, Inc., where they played a key role in establishing over 150 franchise locations nationwide.

Before joining Brightway Insurance, Brian served as the Chief Executive Officer of Goldline, Inc., a subsidiary of A-Mark Precious Metals. Brian led the company in offering a wide range of precious metals products and services.

Brian also has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having served as the Chief Executive Officer of Goldline, LLC and as the Vice President of National Distribution and E-Commerce at Travelers. Brian played a crucial role in managing Travelers' direct-to-consumer marketing business and national distribution affinity business.

Additionally, Brian was a Senior Vice President at Unitrin Direct (now Kemper), where they were responsible for various aspects of the start-up direct-to-consumer auto insurance company. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney at Reminger and Reminger.

Their career began at Reliant Insurance, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President and played a significant role in the start-up of the non-standard auto insurer. Brian also gained experience in property and casualty claims as an Adjuster and Branch Manager at Progressive.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

Brian Crumbaker has an extensive education history. Brian obtained their B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Vermont, graduating in 1991. Following this, they pursued a JD degree in Law from the Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, completing their studies in 1998. In 2008, Brian pursued further education and earned an MBA degree from the USC Marshall School of Business, specializing in Business. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained a certification as a Licensed Attorney from the Ohio State Bar Association in May 1999. Brian also holds a certification as a Property Casualty Broker/Agent, although the specific institution and date of obtaining this certification are not provided.
