Jerry Dias

Jerry Dias has extensive experience in the finance and insurance industry. Jerry currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Embark MGA. Before joining Embark MGA, they worked as the M&A Finance Lead at USAA. Prior to that, they held the position of VP, Lead Financial Officer (CFO) at CONNECT, powered by American Family Insurance from 2019 to 2021. Jerry also served as VP, Lead Financial Officer (CFO) and VP of FP&A at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance. Jerry has experience as a Finance Executive consultant and held the role of VP of FP&A, Personal Lines at QBE Insurance. Jerry started their career as a Finance Division Manager at Allstate.

Jerry Dias obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Jerry further pursued higher education and completed their Master of Arts degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, attending from 1998 to 2000.
