Kristy Floyd

Kristy Floyd, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership and operations. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director at Embark Behavioral Health since May 2024, Kristy previously held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at Calo Programs (Embark) from March 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing all HR functions and mentoring staff. Kristy's earlier roles at RightSourcing, Inc. spanned various positions, including Director of Operations, Compliance and Accreditation Manager, and Compliance and Accreditation Supervisor, during which numerous projects were managed to ensure high quality standards. Additional experience includes roles at Coakley Tax Services, H&R Block, Intuit, Inc., and TaxResources, Inc., demonstrating a diverse background in client services and tax-related support. Kristy holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Park University and a Bachelor's degree in Pre Law Studies from National University.
