Matt Sharrers

Matt Sharrers is an experienced sales and marketing leader with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Executive Chairman and CEO at SBI, The Growth Advisory, since February 2009, Matt has focused on leading sales and marketing teams and delving into sales consulting. In addition, Matt co-founded ETJ Advisory in June 2020 with Lynne Sharrers, providing advisory services. Prior to these roles, Matt spent 11 years as Vice President of Sales at Cintas, where a significant focus was on growing revenue through outside sales. Matt holds a BA in History from The University of British Columbia, earned between 1993 and 1996.
