John Kidd

John Kidd is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Member at Embassy Asset Management LP since November 2020, John previously held the position of Senior Vice President at an alternative asset management firm from September 2012 to June 2020. Prior to this, John worked at Deutsche Bank as a Director in structured equity sales from July 2006 to July 2012. John co-founded FirstStudentLoan in 2003 and worked at Scotiabank as an Associate focusing on structured finance and securitization from July 1999 to June 2003. John began career as a Metallurgist/Sr Supervisor at ASARCO from July 1996 to December 1998. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School and a BScE in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering from Queen's University.
