Manjiri Inamdar

Manjiri Inamdar is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and governance. Currently serving as the Legal Head at Embassy Group since July 2023, Manjiri previously held the position of Principal - M&A and Debt Structuring, Corporate Governance at the same organization from September 2021 to August 2023. Prior to that role, Manjiri was General Counsel at ANSR Consulting, managing corporate projects, compliance, and governance matters. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Infosys, leading various M&A transactions, and providing legal guidance on corporate venture investments and post-merger integrations. Earlier roles included Legal Counsel positions at WADIA GHANDY & CO and AZB & Partners, where Manjiri advised on private equity and extensive due diligence exercises across multiple sectors. Manjiri holds a Master in Management Studies, Finance, and a Bachelor of Laws from Symbiosis Institute and Symbiosis Law School, respectively.
