Edward Shin

Edward Shin has extensive work experience in the legal field. Edward served as the Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Clopay Corporation since December 2014. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate General Counsel at JLG Industries, Inc. from November 2008 to December 2014. Edward also worked as a Senior Associate at Greenberg Traurig from April 2004 to November 2008, an Associate at Butler Rubin Saltarelli & Boyd from June 2002 to April 2004, and an Associate at Jenner & Block from June 2001 to June 2002. In their roles, Edward represented various clients in legal disputes, provided legal guidance to executives, and handled compliance and regulatory issues.

Edward Shin obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and East Asian Philosophy from the University of Michigan in 1996. From 1998 to 2001, they attended the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
