Houssam Fayad

Houssam Fayad has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various sectors. Houssam started their career in 2007 at NCR Corporation, where they provided technical support and maintenance for ATMs. In 2011, they worked at Syriatel Mobile Telecom in customer services for a brief period. More recently, in 2014, they joined the Embassy of Lebanon as an administrative assistant, editor, and head of the technical department.

Houssam Fayad's education history is as follows:

From 2007 to 2012, they studied at the Syrian Virtual University SVU and obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology degree in the field of Information Technology.

From 2005 to 2007, they attended the Technical Computer Institute and earned a Diploma in Information Technology.

In 2005, they completed their high school education at the Computer Technology program within the Ministry of Education in Damascus, earning a High School Diploma in Information Technology Baccalaureate.

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications. In July 2023, they completed the "Coursera Project Network برنامج Power BI تصور البيانات" certification from Coursera. In the same month, they also completed the "Create a Project Management Tracker using Microsoft Excel" and "Hootsuite Platform Certification" courses from Coursera.

In August 2022, they obtained the "System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services" certification from Google. In July 2022, they completed the "Technical Support Fundamentals" and "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking" certifications from Google. In March 2022, they obtained the "Introduction to HTML" certification from Google. In February 2022, they completed the "Windows Server 2019: Active Directory, GPO, R. Server Access" certification from Udemy.

Furthermore, they earned the "Succeeding in Web Development: Full Stack and Front End" certification from LinkedIn in May 2020. Houssam'smost recent certification, completed in October 2012, is the "Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices" certification from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
