Hala Elwan

Hala Elwan is an accomplished Senior Accountant with extensive experience, currently serving at the Embassy of the State of Qatar since June 1999, where responsibilities include managing diplomatic personal expense accounts, overseeing petty cash, mentoring junior staff, and preparing financial reports. Prior experience includes working as a Medical Billing Officer for the Saudi Arabian Culture Mission in Washington, DC, where leadership in reconciling accounts payable and posting payments to health accounts was demonstrated, as well as serving as an Assistant Manager at ADC, supervising clerical staff and managing office supplies. Hala Elwan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University and has furthered expertise through an H&R Block Tax Course and studies at Nova Community College.
