Rachel Kinsella

Rachel Kinsella is a Program Manager at ERG, Inc. in Google's Robotics and Automation division since February 2022, where collaboration with cross-functional teams focuses on driving data center automation programs. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at DAWSON, managing over $20M in international construction projects and overseeing mechanical design for numerous task orders. Earlier roles include Project Engineer at both Bernhard TME and 8760 Engineering LLC, where expertise in HVAC project design and implementation was developed. Rachel also worked as a Global Engineering Ambassador at the University of Missouri, promoting study abroad opportunities for STEM students, and held various engineering internships, shaping a solid foundation in mechanical engineering and project management.
