Peter Makhail has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Peter began their career as a Contact Center representative at Teleperofrmance-Egypt, where they provided technical assistance and handled customer issues. Peter then transitioned to the role of CRM Developer, enhancing and creating CRM tools and knowledge bases for the company and outsourced projects. Following this, Peter worked as a Software Engineer at MedStreaming LLC, where they provided technical assistance to clients and maintained computer applications and systems.

Peter then joined Fawry Banking and Payment Technology Services as a Senior Business Operation Executive, where they provided technical and operational assistance to customers and digital wallet providers. Peter tested and monitored digital wallet performance and developed strategies for improving services.

After that, Peter worked at FlairsTech, first as a Senior Application Support Engineer, where they provided technical assistance to offshore clients and troubleshooting software issues. Peter then progressed to the role of Technical Support Team Lead, managing two teams and supporting team members with technical knowledge. Later, they became a Technical Operations Manager, responsible for managing operations, productivity, quality control, and safety measures at the company.

Currently, Peter holds the position of Director of Business Operations & Support Services at FlairsTech, overseeing the business operations and support services of the company.

Throughout their work experience, Peter has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Peter Makhail has a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from Cape Breton University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Saint Fatima Language School in Egypt in 2006 and Marina International School in Gambia from 2004 to 2006. Peter completed their primary education at The English School in Egypt from 1990 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various certifications such as Strategy & Operations, Economics and International Business, Essential Management Skills, Key Account Management, Managing Your Time, The 10 Pillars of Customer Experience, Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization, Process Improvement Foundations, and ISO: Information Security Management System 27001:2013. These certifications were obtained from institutions like the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), LinkedIn, Acerta Middle East For Inspection, Certification and Training, and the American Chamber in Egypt, among others.
