Mandy Vaughn

Mandy Vaughn is a prominent leader in the aerospace and defense sectors, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of GXO, Inc., where strategic management and technical leadership are provided to enhance deep tech and new space companies. In addition to this role, Mandy is an Operating Partner at Embedded Ventures, a Board Member at VORAGO Technologies and Revolution Space, and a member of the National Space Council User's Advisory Group and the Defense Science Board. Previously, Mandy held significant positions at VOX Space, Virgin Orbit, and Virgin Galactic, focusing on business development and mission management for small satellite launch services. Mandy holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
