Dr. Philipp Linkens, LL.M

Dr. Philipp Linkens, LL.M has a diverse work experience. From 2007 to 2009, they worked for the European Commission in the role of EU-China Relations. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at the Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI) as a Referendariat (Verwaltungsstation). During the same time period, they also worked at Hengeler Mueller as a Referendariat (Anwaltsstation) and at the United Nations as a Referendariat (Wahlstation). In 2010, they joined Taylor Wessing as a Rechtsanwalt. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Lambsdorff Rechtsanwälte as a Rechtsanwalt. Finally, from 2017 to 2022, they worked at Finleap in various roles, including General Counsel, Head of Legal, and Senior Legal Counsel. Dr. Philipp currently works at Embedded/Capital as a General Counsel.

Dr. Philipp Linkens began their education in 2002, when they enrolled in the University of Cologne to pursue a Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften. Dr. Philipp completed this degree in 2007, and then went on to pursue a Promotion in Rechtswissenschaften at the same university, which they completed in 2010. During their studies, they also completed a Master of Laws - LLM in Rechtswissenschaften at the University of Cologne, which they finished in 2009.
