Khadija Chaudhry

Khadija Chaudhry is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in policy development, compliance, and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Emblem Technologies, Khadija focuses on developing and maintaining HR policies to ensure adherence to labor laws. Previously, Khadija held the position of Head of Human Resources at Digitt Plus, where initiatives included launching wellness programs and improving work-life balance. At Kale Pakistan & Huawei Renergy, Khadija led HR policy development and managed training programs. Additional roles include Senior Operations Manager at Grey Matter Global, where responsibilities encompassed career development for students, and Co-Founder & Coach at SJ Consultants, designing training for fresh graduates. Khadija holds a BBA (Hons) in Marketing and Media from the Lahore School of Economics.
