Alnisa Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Alnisa is currently the Director of Front-End Operations at EmblemHealth, where they oversee multiple departments and drives continuous operational performance. Prior to this, Alnisa worked as the Manager of Independent Physician Network at CareWell Health, where they played a critical leadership role in business development and compliance management. Alnisa also held management positions at Automatic Data Processing Insurance Agency, ADP, Premier Healthcare Exchange, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where they focused on optimizing operations, improving customer service, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Alnisa's work experience also includes serving as a Field Medical Specialist in the United States Army National Guard.

Alnisa Smith, MBA, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Rutgers University - Newark, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004.
