Brandon Riff

Brandon Riff, FSA, MAAA has worked in various actuarial roles over the years. Brandon started their career as a Para Actuary at 21st Century Insurance from September 2007 to April 2010. Brandon then moved on to Visiting Nurse Service of New York, where they worked as a Senior Actuarial Associate from May 2010 to November 2014. Brandon has been with EmblemHealth since November 2014, starting as a Lead Actuarial Analyst and later becoming an Assistant Actuary. Brandon then progressed to the role of Actuary, where they led a team in pricing Medicare business. In September 2018, Brandon became a Senior Actuary, overseeing Medicare Actuarial teams in New York and Connecticut. Brandon then took on additional responsibilities as AVP and Actuary for Medicare and Pharmacy Analytics, AVP and Actuary for Commercial Products, and currently holds the position of VP, Actuary.

Brandon Riff, FSA, MAAA earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Economics, Statistics from the University of Delaware in 2007. Brandon has also obtained the designation of Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) from the Society of Actuaries.
