Chantice Griffith

Chantice Griffith is a seasoned professional in health care management with extensive experience in leading operations and program development. Currently serving as the Manager of Care Management at EmblemHealth, Chantice has made notable contributions by implementing the New York Independent Assessor Program and transforming the Long Term Services & Support program through insourced operations and an integrated care model. Previously, as the Assistant Director of Intake Operations at Centers Plan for Healthy Living, Chantice championed operational excellence for New York's largest Managed Long Term Care Plan. At MetroPlus Health Plan, key achievements included establishing an Assessment Operations Department, while serving as Chief of Staff to the CMO involved leading the Project FIDA initiative. Earlier experience includes directing clinical operations at Archcare, overseeing extensive staff training and care coordination. Chantice holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from the University of Phoenix.
