Nicholaos Papadopoulos, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Learning, Culture & Talent Management at EmblemHealth, focusing on talent strategy, DEI initiatives, and leadership development. As a co-founder and co-facilitator of the Arena Men’s Group, Nicholaos promotes purposeful living among men, and co-hosts the "With Love, Men" podcast, exploring topics around modern masculinity. Additionally, Nicholaos holds a board position at The Heart in Haiti School, which emphasizes holistic education. Previous roles include Director of Leadership & Organizational Development at Ferring Pharmaceuticals and Manager of Talent Development at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, where a blend of leadership and organizational development strategies was implemented.
