Nicole Tirado is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and contact center operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Contact Center Operations at EmblemHealth since May 2019, Nicole previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Customer Service. Prior to EmblemHealth, Nicole worked at MAXIMUS as Deputy Director from July 2013 to May 2019.
