Yana Shayman has over 25 years of experience in project management and business technology transformation, currently serving as the Business and Technology Transformation Program Manager at EmblemHealth since July 2011. In this role, Yana provides strategic and operational oversight across an enterprise-wide project portfolio, actively participating in strategic planning with senior leadership and ensuring accurate, timely, and budget-conscious deliverables. Prior to EmblemHealth, Yana worked as a Project Lead at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from June 2002 to July 2011, focusing on business requirements documentation and collaboration with technical and business teams. Yana's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Bond Technologies from 1998 to 2002, where responsibilities included managing client-side projects related to system testing, certification, and new business reporting development.
